Polaris May Have to Pay Punitive Damages for 2017 Polaris XP RZR 900 Vehicle Fire

Hennepin County District Court Judge Susan Robiner has granted a motion allowing a client of Cutt, Kendell & Olson to seek punitive damages after suffering severe burn injuries in a 2017 Polaris XP RZR 900 vehicle fire.
