The “Best Law Firms” list is a selection of the top legal practices in the country. Firms that are identified by the organization are also ranked according to their work in different practices areas. Cutt, Kendell & Olson is ranked as a “Tier 1” level Utah personal injury law firm in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, a “Tier 2” level law firm in the category of commercial litigation, and a “Tier 3” level law firm for insurance law.
Best Lawyers is a publication that provides potential clients with a resource for finding the most qualified attorneys in the United States. An attorney must first be included in the Best Lawyers list in order for their firm to qualify for the honor of “Best Law Firms.” The organization recently recognized the achievements of our attorneys Jacquelynn Carmichael, David Cutt, L. Rich Humphreys, and Jordan Kendell with inclusion in the Best Lawyers group.
Once an attorney is honored by Best Lawyers, their practice is eligible for a “Best Law Firms” nomination, and will be sent a survey and a way to submit references. In addition to this nominee-provided information, the organization conducts their own research and solicits evaluations from other Best Lawyers-honored attorneys.
Cutt, Kendell & Olson was included on the “Best Law Firms” list in 2018, and four of our attorneys were named to the 2018 Legal Elite by Utah Business magazine.
